Fertigungslinie für Lochstreben in Schalungssystemen
For the construction industry, HAGE realized a production line for manufacturing perforated braces for formwork systems. The connecting elements make a significant contribution to the stability and flexibility of modern formwork solutions. With a system length of approx. 50 m and a width of approx. 16 m, the line integrates multiple machining and inspection processes in an automated production system.
The system processes the raw material through sawing, punching, sleeve insertion, flanging and weld preparation. The components are then inspected and placed into suitable workpiece carriers. An integrated condition monitoring system supports the monitoring of relevant process and machine states.
