Shape our future
with your expertise

At HAGE, you develop, manufacture, and implement custom machinery that does not yet exist on the market. Our systems are used wherever standard solutions are not enough – in demanding industrial projects, for international customers, and in applications that are shaping the future of mobility, production, and technology.

If you want to apply your expertise to projects with real technical depth rather than routine tasks, HAGE is the right place for you.

Technical Sales

In sales, you advise international customers on demanding technical challenges. Together with them, you develop concepts for custom machinery and automation solutions.

Design Engineering

In design engineering, you develop our machine solutions in digital 3D models. You turn requirements, ideas and technical concepts into feasible production systems.

Technical Purchasing

In purchasing, you ensure that all purchased components are available at the right time. Delivery reliability, cost-effectiveness and the right quality are critical to project success.

Manufacturing

In manufacturing, you produce precision components for our special purpose machines. Working on advanced CNC machines, you manufacture components that later form the basis of our complex systems.

Assembly

In assembly, you build our systems step by step. You experience how individual assemblies become a functioning complete system — right through to commissioning directly at the customer’s site.

Electrical Engineering

In electrical engineering, you plan, wire and test our systems. You create the electrical foundation for safe, high-performance and precise machines used in industrial production.

Controls Engineering

In controls engineering, you program our machines and bring our highly complex systems to life. You ensure that mechanics, electrical systems and software work together safely and reliably.

FSW

In friction stir welding, you work on a key technology for demanding industrial applications. You operate, optimize and further develop FSW processes, creating the foundation for high-quality joints in high-tech projects.

Apprenticeship at HAGE

Apprentice – Machining Technology (m/w/d)

Before a HAGE special-purpose machine can be assembled, every individual component has to fit precisely. As an apprentice machining technician, you produce precision components for our special-purpose machines and program the processes used to manufacture them. You work with conventional machine tools and modern CNC systems.

What you will learn with us

  • Manufacture metal components
  • Shape workpieces by filing, milling and turning
  • Create machining programs
  • Monitor manufacturing processes
  • Measure workpieces and check their quality
Obdach | Apprenticeship starts September 2027 | 3.5-year apprenticeship
Apprenticeships at HAGE

Apprentice – Mechanical Engineering (m/w/d)

At HAGE, we do not build standard machines. Every system is developed to solve a new technical challenge. As an apprentice metal technician specialising in mechanical engineering, you assemble many individual components into a complete special-purpose machine. You learn to read technical drawings, build systems precisely and test their functions.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN WITH US

  • Work with metals using a range of tools and machines
  • Read technical drawings and put them into practice
  • Assemble components and modules into complete systems
  • Check machine components for dimensional accuracy
  • Carry out functional tests and solve faults together as a team
Obdach | Apprenticeship starts September 2027 | 3.5-year apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at HAGE

Apprentice – Mechatronics Technician (m/w/d)

A special-purpose machine only works when mechanics, electronics and control technology interact perfectly. As an apprentice mechatronics technician, you bring these areas together. You assemble control cabinets, wire machines, check their safety and troubleshoot anything that is not yet working as planned.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN WITH US

  • Assemble control cabinets
  • Wire machines and systems
  • Install mechanical, electrical and electronic components
  • Measure voltage, current and resistance
  • Create basic control programs
  • Check machine safety
  • Systematically diagnose and resolve faults
