HAGE Academy
Practical know­ledge from real projects

At the HAGE Academy, experienced employees pass on their expertise from special purpose machine engineering directly. This creates training that does not remain theoretical, but can be applied immediately in practice.

  • Practical knowledge: Many training sessions are led by experienced colleagues, with content based on real projects, systems and technical challenges.

  • Simple and flexible: All training courses can be viewed via the HAGE app.
  • Training during working hours: A large proportion of training takes place during regular working hours.
  • Internal and external expertise: Where internal specialist knowledge needs to be supplemented, we bring external experts in-house.

The Bachelor’s Degree on Your Doorstep

Why commute long distances for a technical degree when the future is being created right here in the region?In cooperation with FH CAMPUS 02 and the “Kraft. Das Murtal” initiative, HAGE is an official study location for the part-time bachelor’s degree program in Automation Engineering.

Apprentice – Machining Technology (m/w/d)

Before a HAGE special-purpose machine can be assembled, every individual component has to fit precisely. As an apprentice machining technician, you produce precision components for our special-purpose machines and program the processes used to manufacture them. You work with conventional machine tools and modern CNC systems.

Apprentice – Mechanical Engineering (m/w/d)

At HAGE, we do not build standard machines. Every system is developed to solve a new technical challenge. As an apprentice metal technician specialising in mechanical engineering, you assemble many individual components into a complete special-purpose machine. You learn to read technical drawings, build systems precisely and test their functions.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN WITH US

  • Work with metals using a range of tools and machines
  • Read technical drawings and put them into practice

Apprentice – Mechatronics Technician (m/w/d)

A special-purpose machine only works when mechanics, electronics and control technology interact perfectly. As an apprentice mechatronics technician, you bring these areas together. You assemble control cabinets, wire machines, check their safety and troubleshoot anything that is not yet working as planned.
