Säge- und Stanzanlage für Tür- und Fensterzargen
For complete prefabrication of door and window frames, HAGE realized an automated sawing and punching system
The depth of production extends from cutting the raw material through punching, embossing and component inspection to supplying the parts to downstream system areas.
The frame bars are automatically distributed to two sawing systems and, depending on the production order, sawn to 45° miters for three- or four-part door frames. They are then distributed to three punching lines, where all required machining operations are carried out. A host computer manages and monitors all processing steps and throughput.
Technical Data
- 2 sawing systems and 3 punching lines
- Automatic sawing of different basic and supplementary frames
- 45° miter cuts for three- and four-part door frames
- 57 different processing stations in the punching lines
- Processes: sawing, punching, embossing, component inspection
Highlights
- High production depth from raw material through to transfer to downstream processes
- Automatic order distribution to sawing and punching lines
- Complete data management via customer-side control system
- Designed for high-variant frame production
- Transfer to external welding, completion and coating systems
